Ayoub Hussein is a famous Kuwaiti artist. He used to be a teacher. He worked in the Kuwait Museum. He painted about 600 paintings. He painted about old Kuwait. You can see his paintings in The Kuwait Museum.

Saving energy is very important. We should use the light bulb. We should turn the lights off when we aren’t in the room. We should turn taps off. We shouldn’t waste water on washing cars.

My favourite hobby is drawing. I like drawing because it is interesting. I draw pictures at my school. My best artist is Ayoub Hussein. I’d like to be an artist like him.
Kuwait in the past
Life was simple in Kuwait in the past. People used to live in small houses.They used to eat fish and vegetables. Children used to sleep in a manazz and a karouka. We can go to the museum to see how life in the past was.
A car accident
Last week, we saw a car accident. Two cars hit each other and were damaged. My father called the police and the ambulance. They came at once. The ambulance took the two drivers to the hospital. The police said that the accident happened because of driving very fast.
My favourite TV show
My favourite TV show is cartoon films. I watch it after doing my homework. My brothers and I enjoy watching cartoon films at the weekend. They make us laugh. We learn many useful things.
The sea
I like going to the sea on my holiday. I go with my friends. We play and walk on the beach. I shouldn’t swim when the sea is rough. High waves and sharks are dangerous.
Scientific Centre
I like going to the scientific Centre in Kuwait. It has the largest aquarium in the Middle East. We can see the divers feeding the sharks there. It has a harbour with seven dhows in it. We can enjoy the cinema there.
Whale shark
The whale shark is a sea animal. It is very big. It eats small fish. It is 18 metres long. It is not dangerous. It lives in warm water.
Turtle
The turtle is a sea animal. It has a nice shell. It is small. It lays eggs. It lays eggs on the beach. It walks slowly.
